SOME WORK OUT CLOTHES

Hace tiempo que quería enseñaros algunas de mis prendas favoritas para hacer ejercicio. Me doy cuenta de que cuanto más cómodas sean, más favorecen mis movimientos y por lo tanto la calidad de mi ejercicio. A la vez, quiero que tengan un toque un tanto especial…. No es necesario llevar la camiseta vieja o los pantalones gigantes de tu hermano, como a veces la gente hacía antes. Tampoco pienso que es lo mejor ir al gimnasio a exhibirse. Lo veréis en muchas de las redes sociales de actualidad, donde muchas mujeres, por poner un ejemplo, llevan ropa muy reveladora, con la intención… pienso yo, de hacerse ver. Ese no es mi caso. Prefiero comodidad y sencillez. A ver qué os parece mi selección de hoy.

It is been a while since I wanted to share with you some of my favorite work out clothes. I realize that the more comfortable the look, better performance. But it needs to be a little bit stylish as well. Some women, you’ll see a lot of this in some of the popular social networks are working out and just want to be seen, or they really want attention, since their clothing is super revealing. It is not my case… I’m not like that. I go to the gym to enjoy my workout. If I look nice, good… We don’t need old t-shirts, or baggy pants to exercise… Today we have a vast array of brands that are comfortable to wear as well as nice. Particularly I like New Balance. What do you think about my selection?

New Balance jacket.... great to use when you go early in the morning to the gym and it is a little bit cold, or you go walking or running.
